Octave Attune EAM Rapid Request app (formerly HxGN EAM Rapid Request) provides user a simple and quick method to submit call center request to Octave Attune EAM System from their Mobile devices. Upload a picture along with your request.
Certain Octave Attune EAM user permissions and EAM Server versions are required to use the functions.
Location service is required when the app is in use to get the current address.
